We loved everything except the chairs. ☺️

Only that the chairs were uncomfortable. We used our bed pillows to make them more so

It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The area was nice and quiet.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom needs hooks to hang your robe on.

Location and size were amazing. The home was a good size for our family and my kids really enjoyed playing I the common yard area! The walkability to downtown was also very nice!

The heaters kept turning off and going down to 65 so it was cold most of the time, especially at nights. With the time of year we are in, and coming in from sledding/playing in the snow, walking around downtown in the rain, it would have been nice to come home to a warm place but it was always cold. I also feel that the $105 a day cleaning fee was steep considering we were also asked to start laundry and dishwasher. There was no dish soap in home so we did have to go purchase and there was only 1 garbage bag as well.

I liked the decorations and the fireplace. It made it feel like a home not a hotel.

Parking stalls are small, so was not able to park under cover.

We loved having the Alpine coaster so close and walking distance to downtown. Thank you for having it all done up Christmas. We really enjoyed our stay. 😊
