"Peace and quiet and really comfy bed!"

The apartment was really well set out and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need and it was a lovely spot by the river. The bed was super comfy. A lovely find.

The only issue was carrying our little Dogs up and down the stairs to the front door, but this was a minor inconvenience. The place was truly dog friendly. The large gardens were perfect and even the nice touch of a little bin for the poo bags on the exit.

The apartment and the whole set-up were lovely, it was all located in a beautifully quiet spot just a 5-minute drive to the local shops and 15 15-minute drive to the nearest town, Lampeter. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, full of lots of advice on where to visit. The apartment was perfectly central to all the places of interest that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend it and would return.

Could have done with seating outside close to the apartment for alfresco dining and a slightly more comfortable sofa, small and fairly trivial points.

"Lovely place"

Lovely clean, well equipped apartment. Field for dog to have a run. Stream and swing to play on. Parking spaces

Not much to do in the immediate area, no walking places. 30 min drive did take you to coast and walks though Sofa bed wasnt very comfy

The apartment is really cosy with everything you need as a base in the local area. Lampeter is quite close by, so you have easy access to shops. The bed is generously sized and very comfortable.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location to explore the area. Hosts extremely friendly. We used the firepit one evening to roast marshmellows. We walked parts of the Welsh Coastal path between Ynys Lochtyn to Llangrannog and then Llangrannog to Penbryn. We saw seals, dolphins and red kites most days. Would definitely recommend this place to others and plan to return.

My only suggestion is maybe fit an extracter hood over the kitchen hob, but it is merely a suggestion. We had an amazing time here and have no complaints!
