IL RIFUGIO in VALLE D'ITRIA

The property is excellently positioned in relation to the Apuglia area, at an approximately equal distance from the tourist points of interest. It is in the vicinity of the town of Locorotondo, 5-7 minutes walk. Being close to the town is an important benefit: the restaurants/terraces/shops are easily accessible. At the same time, the location is quiet, being protected from the noise of the town. A big plus, parking is available at no additional cost (while in the town, the costs would have been noticeable; in addition, in the town, finding a parking space is not immediate). The hosts are very friendly, they provided us with all the details necessary for a comfortable stay, giving us important details regarding the tourist attractions in the area. The property offers privacy, has its own seating/relaxation area. It was a pleasure to enjoy my coffee in the garden, surrounded by the smell of flowers and the chirping of birds.

The property is excellent! Clean, very well situated. At walking distance from Locorotondo. The apartment is very well equipped. Parking lot is in front of the apartment. Outside the apartment there is a nice garden and teras you could make use of. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour a seulement quelques minutes a pieds de Locorontondo. Georgio était tres a l'écoute de notre bien être et tres réactif tout en étant très discret. Un grand merci à Georgio et son épouse pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Tout... et les chats :) Hôte charmante ! Très bon accueil. Bien aménagé avec terrasse côté jardin et une belle vue sur la ville. Parking appréciable. Très proche à pied du centre historique. Parfait !

L’emplacement du gîte est parfait pour admirer Locorotondo, visiter la région. Le gîte est assez petit mais très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nous avons surtout apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires.

After 2 exhausting weeks travelling, we needed peace and quiet. We found the perfect oasis. A beautifully equipped apartment with a private patio overlooking the stunning gem of a town Locorotondo. Giorgio and his wife could not have been nicer and treated us to a fresh liquor when we arrived. We took short day trips to the seaside and the sweet towns in the area. But mostly we relaxed on our little patio and drank in the beauty of this place. Also if you're a cat lover, this is the place for you with the friendliest little brood of felines.
