Lots of the cutlery, utensils, glassware and dishes weren’t properly cleaned. Had to pay an extra £10 for bedding hire which all smelt bad. Pillows were extremely thin. 3/4 of us that stayed woke up covered in bites.

The master bed was so comfortable, slept so well. The owner was so helpful after I made a mistake with the booking, he helped me rectify it so quickly. Would recommend 100%

Found mould on the bedroom wall and curtains in the bedrooms. Caravan had a damp musty smell and the top of the unit in the main bedroom was thick with dust. My wife has a serious lung disease and it exposure to mould is extremely dangerous for her. I messaged the owner explaining that we could not stay at the caravan for my wife's safety. I sent images as evidence and respectfully requested a full refund. The owner has refused to refund any money. Utterly appalling. Stay somewhere else. Doesn't even deserve half a star.
