Comfortable well equipped house, plenty of hot water. Beautiful location with lots of lovely walking and great shops and restaurants

Parking difficult,,we dropped luggage then parked in central car park 5 minutes away. Although bed very comfy pillows weren’t great

The property was lovely and had a lovely welcoming feeling the furnishing, bedding and towels were fresh, the tea coffee milk and biscuits were on arrival were much needed after a long day travelling, everything you might need was in the kitchen, the owner and staff couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable very happy to recommend and would visit again

The traffic was a bit noisy at times

Ideal. A characterful little place with everything we needed. Nothing to fault. They even returned my book to me by post when I accidentally left it there.

There's nothing really negative to say. There is that bit of road noise that some reviews mention, but I actually found that so soft and distant it was kind of soothing. Also, no sieve, just a colander - which is true of everywhere I stay and I normally bring my own.

Lovely little location looking out on the green but so close to the town centre. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Plenty to do in the area especially for walks and places to eat.
