"Nice house, clean and tidy, long check in process."

Big house, nice location, property was clean

Absolute nightmare trying to get check in details, felt like I was checking in for a flight not accommodation. Not very user friendly especially for people who may have limited computer skills. Beds were also extremely uncomfortable.
