"Enjoyable few days break with good friends"

Location suited us as we were 2 couples travelling from separate locations and the property was equidistant to us. The Manor Barn was excellent….very clean, modern and well stocked. Local pub The Royal Oak was friendly and convenient and served good food. Local Attractions …. Castle Ashby Gardens and Delapre Abbey within a short drive. Also Kirby Hall worth a visit.

Communication woth the owner was fast a responsive The decor very warm and friendly. The amenities were amazing The space was incredible Honestly just lovely

A little bit more cleaning needed Found socks and jems left from previous guests Also the hoover didn't work

Very comfortable accommodation and very clean, lovely decor & furnishings , well provided kitchen utensils, parking, good Wi-Fi. Located in a lovely village, walks nearby. We really enjoyed the welcome and the food at theRoyal Oak pub just a few minutes walk from the property.
