Sand Dunes Retreat

It was very close to the beach where we were attending the kite festival. The provided Kayak was also so much fun

The house is quite dated. Towels very shabby, I was glad we bought our own, even the dish cloth was used, one thing that sets an elevated experience from a mediocre one are the little touches, like fresh dishcloth. This is also the first air bnb we've ever stayed at where we've had to take our rubbish away with us. For the price, I was a little underwhelmed.

The bed upstairs was very comfy. When you opened the curtains in the morning the sun was beaming through the lounge which made it very lovely and warm. I forgot coffee and tea but it was already supplied which was a bonus.

Only the parking. We have quite a large SUV so it was a little tight parking on the side of the building.

1 bathroom-but plenty of mirrors in the house which was handy when several family members were getting ready for a wedding at the same time.

The property was in a great location with amazing amenities. Super comfortable and lots of space.

An easy walk to where a family event was being held over the weekend. Spacious, warm, clean and comfy beds.

The sea view was spectacular. Within walking distance to the beach Sunny upstairs lounge Kitchen well equipped Large section at the back River view nice Outdoor furniture on all decks was great

Stairs going up to the lounge were tricky for under 5 year olds and elderly. But we managed it okay. A child gate would have been good at the top of the stairs for safety. No portacot available Tried to follow TV instructions downstairs but we couldn't get it going

Great location, owner has excellent communication skills

Stairs were dangerous, couldv had beach towels provided too rather than one towel per person for the entire weekend
