"Lovely stay"

Hart-se-Punt is a lovely place to stay, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay, the immediate surroundings are quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance of the beach and Voorstrandt restaurant. A big bonus was that we could travel with our cat (Princess) and she soon felt at home. We will definitely be back.

"Reluctant hosts? Poor hospitality and no playground"

The location was good.

We picked this property as it mentions a playground in the description - there isn’t one. It also surprised us that it had a very miserly feel to it. The welcome pack has a list of ‘dont’s’ and no welcome. There is no tea/coffee and the soap etc is measured into tiny dispensers. It also wasn’t very clean.

"We enjoyed the stay."

Everything was there.

Pillows were not nice. Very rubbery. TV controllers need to be updated. Not enough dishwashing liquid. Towels in bathroom were very thin and old.
