Shortage of window covering. No curtains in bedroom to close for privacy.

I liked the location. The braai and indoor fire. The space and the look of the old cottage with furniture.

It could have been a bit cleaner. But it was fine. It had everything we needed.

The location to the beach

The cleanliness: found blood on one bed sheet and microwave was covered in food and many plates and pots were sticky and not washed properly. It rained and the courtyard became completely flooded. Had to remove our shoes to get through the ankle deep water to the front door or to the road. There was no soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, sugar, ice - nothing. The rug in the lounge was in desperate need of a clean. We stayed out of the house for most of the weekend just so we wouldn’t have to be in the house.

Carpets needs to be replaced, windows very dusty, light in living room did not work, DSTV did not work.
