Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο λιμάνι και με εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός και φιλόξενος. Μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή μας στο νησί. Η θέα απο το μπαλκόνι ειναι πραγματικά το κάτι άλλο.

The host kindly collected us at the port and took us there on leaving. The terrace is ample, with nice view on the sea and the Chora. Perfect location near port, services, and supermarket. Parking place easy to find.

A TV screen in the living room would be a good idea. The surrounding of the building, just below the terrace, should be completed after the construction work. needs climbing a lot of stairs, but this seems the rule in Astypalea and is good for health!

Astypalea adasına geliyorsanız konaklama için fiyat performans olarak mükemmel bir yer. Odalar oldukça geniş, yeni ve tertemiz. Otel sahibi çok samimi ve yardımcı. Liman ile oda arası 5 dakika olmasına rağmen sıcakta yürümeyelim diye bizi limandan alıp odaya kadar arabasıyla getirdi, adayla ilgili önerilerde bulundu. Astypalea adasına tekrar gelirsek başka yerde kalacağımızı sanmıyorum. Ευχαριστώ πολύ Kostas.

Room was comfortable and very clean. The host was really helpful and accommodating.

The host was extremely helpful and he brought us to the airport for the flight back home even if he wasn't meant to. He also was available for every question we had. The room was clean and well furnished. The position was good, not with the sea view but easy to reach and near the city center.

The mattress was still wrapped in its plastic packaging and it was a bit unconfortable during night because it gets very hot.

Host molto gentile, navetta gratuita dal porto alla struttura con la sua auto personale, posizione dei 2 appartamenti ottima a 2 passi dal porto e da platia yalo, io avevo 2 appartamenti ( 8 adulti ) uno più grande e l'altro più piccolo carini e con terrazza entrambi. Sia in quello più grande che in quello piccolo è presente una tettoia con arredamento da esterno tavolo e sedie ,consiglio l'host di mettere una tenda ( special modo in quello grande ) per ombreggiare un pò di più la terrazza dato che con il sole cocente è quasi impossibile utilizzare questa parte di terrazza molto bella. Pulizie della struttura giornaliere a nostra richiesta fatte in modo perfetto con cambio degli asciugamani e con i letti sistemati.

Consiglio di specificare anticipatamente nelle discrezioni che in una delle 2 camere dell'appartamento più piccolo ( per 4 persone ) non esiste una vera e propria finestra da poter aprire, ma solo di un apertura rettangolare in alto con misura di circa 30 cm. x 1 m. nel muro tra la suddetta camera e la cucina /soggiorno, questo perchè ad alcuni clienti può dare fastidio dormire in una camera priva di finestra. Sempre nell'appartamento più piccolo consiglierei di mettere un tavolo esterno di dimensioni più grandi dato che la struttura può essere prenotata anche da 4 persone adulte ( il tavolo ad oggi non risulta sufficente per ad esempio fare la colazione mattutina ).

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, easy check in, good location. Would really recommend!
