Lage und Ausstattung: Bequeme Betten, genügend Schränke und Ablagen, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, PKW-Stellplatz gegenüber dem Grundstück, schöner gepflegter Garten, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Bushaltestelle 3 Minuten entfernt. Anmerkung: für ältere Gäste mit Behinderungen ist die Treppe nach oben zu den Schlafräumen und dem Bad etwas beschwerlich.
