Security were very rude to us in terms of music and noise but there was no excessive noise we were threatened by security that he will call the police and evacuate us very disappointing.

We had a noise complaint at around 8pm and all we had was 4 guys talking on the balcony. They also don't provide wifi unlike how it says they do on here

Although it's a self catering facility, other comparable self catering facilities offer towel changes and toilet paper at no additional cost. The lady in charge of cleaning, Linda became a nuisance, all we asked for was daily towel changes and we agreed to pay for it but she kept calling us, upto 6 calls a day to count the no of towels and check when are are coming back to the apartment etc. No towel change for the duration of the stay is absolutely unacceptable as it's unhygienic and for the price paid, towel changes should be done more frequently. The apartment clearly states it's a 8 sleeper but only has 2 bathrooms and has only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the entire duration of the stay. Bear in mind this accommodation costs alot more than other apartments on this estate and was a very distatsthing as toilet paper is a cheap item to at least provide enough of. Also the list of items on the booking.com website does not mention carry your own towel or toilet paper, this should be mentioned as many other self catering facilities offer this at no additional cost and no issues. On the day we were leaving the cleaning ladies were waiting at the door at 9:30am, check out is 10am. We felt very pressured to get everyone out of the apartment. The kitchen tap was broken on our arrival and we had to insist it gets repaired. Main bedroom shower place has a poor drainage and water ends up going across the entire bathroom, need to use the towels to wipe up after a shower! So obviously cannot reuse the towels.for the next bath. For the price the housekeeping was unpleasant and should definitely be re-looked at.
