Our time was awesome, we had a blast everything from the photos was what we've seen before coming. And it was very easy to get there. Thinking of coming back soon.Thank you for a marvelous and cleaning lady.

A much needed relaxation time with family and this was the perfect place. A serene location with exquisite scenery. Easy access to all outdoor activities. I will definitely visit again.

Really liked the space and estate it's situated in. A perfect place to come relax and enjoy what Port Edward has to offer. Plenty activities and things to do in the area.

Communication with regards to inventory list of items in the house. Rules sent to me stated that on arrival there would be someone from housekeeping who would issue an inventory list of items in the house. These items are to be checked and ticked with regards to anything that maybe broken or missing. No one was present to do this check and no inventory list was sent. I took pictures and communicated things I picked up on my arrival and was told by the host that they're aware. This could've been communicated and saved both parties some time. The wifi stopped working Saturday afternoon all the way through till we checked out the following day, I reached out to host and was told it could be due to a network issue that occurs in the area. There were no follow ups to see if things come right, no alternative plans were made which made the experience a bit disappointing.

Excellent location

Some items were not available in the rooms although they were mentioned in the inventory list.

I loved almost everything.. The decor the clean lines. The finishes. The promptness and friendliness of the owners. The clean linen

I didn't like the cleaning services which could ruin the reputation of this outstanding villa. They don't use proper detergents. Their mops are dirty with no proper cleaning material and gives the beautiful place a terrible odor. We had to beg for them to freshen the place up. The cleaning service of the establishment must be looked into. All villas we booked had the same problem. Slight problem with drainage in the showers. We used our own cleaning materials to freshen the place. I feel bad for the owners who have worked so hard to get the villa looking so awesome. On the first day we could only wait to get in after a second clean was requested by myself and the owner. There was also cat hair on the lounge couches. Not sure where that came come. I spoke to the cleaning staff so many times to instruct on cleaning. I did have a look at what cleaning materials the ladies are sent with and that just wouldn't cut it! Especially if you want the place to be germ free and fresh smelling
