CHFederico vom Vermittlungsbüro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat stets schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert – ein grosses Plus. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, vor allem mit einem eigenen Auto. Der Pool ist gepflegt und sauber.
Leider konnte der freundliche Service die zahlreichen Mängel im Appartement nicht ausgleichen. Täglich hatten wir wiederkehrende Stromausfälle und mussten mehrfach am Tag die Sicherungen neu einstellen – der Kühlschrank fiel dabei jeweils für längere Zeit aus, was gerade im Sommer problematisch ist. Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht richtig, weshalb wir das Geschirr von Hand abwaschen mussten. Dafür standen im Küchenschrank zwei stark verrostete Metallregale zur Verfügung – wenig appetitlich. Die Fotos auf der Buchungsplattform erwecken zudem den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung grösser sei, als sie tatsächlich ist.
ARLo mejor del departamento es la ubicación y las vistas. También está muy linda la pileta, aunque queda lejos del departamento, ya que es compartida con todo el condominio. El ingreso al condominio es con un seguridad que abre el portón de acceso cada vez, eso lo hace sentir seguro.
Los colchones y almohadas necesitan un reemplazo urgente. El baño se nota que fue renovado pero la ducha es extremadamente pequeña y eso la hace incomoda. No te dejan mas que un rollo de papel higiénico pequeño con el ingreso, ni una servilleta, escasean todas las cosas comunes con las que un turista no llega. Ni una botella de agua de cortesía, ni un solo detalle. Nosotros llegamos muy tarde y ya todo estaba cerrado y fue muy poco cordial. Hay aire acondicionado solo en la habitación. La cochera está bastante lejos del ingreso al departamento, con valijas lo hace muy incomodo por las escaleras y rampas.

GBThe apartment was spacious with a fabulous view of the marina. The bedrooms were very separate with 2 bathrooms so it was very private. Parking nearby & a nice walk into town. Very quiet & peaceful (although that's also down to the time of year end of September).
More cups/mugs - they were provided when we asked for more. there was a lot of stuff stored in the bedroom wardrobe and it was very messy, also a large box on top of the wardrobe which was unsightly.
CHVery nice apartment with a beautiful view. The residence it's beautiful and the location it's quite good. The girls from the agency were lovely.
USThe house is simply amazing, excellent position! The best part of the apartment is absolutely the terrace with an amazing view on the port. I will come back here for sure! PS: Thank you so much Mattia for all the tips you gave us:)
