Localização, espaço exterior e a existência de ar condicionado.

O facto de existirem detritos de formiga branca a caírem pelo teto de madeira , diretamente na cama de casal. O chão estava sujo quando chegámos, não permitindo os miúdos andarem descalços sem ficarem com os pés todos sujos. O sofá cama é péssimo, desconfortável e inapropriado para dormir. A loiça está muito à conta, obrigando a estar constantemente a lavar.

Tastefully decorated, lots of space.

We enjoyed our stay and the house is generally lovely; Bedding. Sheet and blankets are constantly sliding around and falling off the bed. Any modern accommodation should have duvets. There is plenty of room for a larger bed, that would make a big difference too. No small source pan for cooking. It is not clear in the description that the house and garden are on quite a busy main road and there is road noise. But we had a good time and would recommend the house.

We loved the outdoor setting; we cooked a lot on the grill.

Needs to have a permanent air conditioner.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the main town, easy walking distance to everything. Private courtyard wonderful, just perfect. Apartment has everything you could need for a fabulous relaxing break. Would highly recommend, my partner is from Madeira and we visit his Mother every year and try to make a short break to Porto Santo in the middle of it, will definitely be booking Catavento again next year if available.
