"In de buurt van Rome"

Mooie villa met airco en lekkere bedden. Mooie tuin en zwembad. En zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en communicatie met onze host Lucia.

Een beetje sjofele buurt. Buitenwijk van Rome. Weinig goede restaurants.

"Relaxing stay with easy reach to Rome in 45min"

The location, the villa, the garden and the swimming pool were all great. We also enjoyed the recommend restaurant "Fraschetteria" that is in walking distance. We also liked the private parking.

For the "internet addicts", the WiFi was not always stable.

"Fabulous - will stay here again."

This accommodation is fabulous. Separate self catering apartments with large en suite bedrooms. Apartment in an equisitely restored and beautifully decorayed villa. We had our pet dog with us. Every facility including laundry and perfect wifi. Fabulous landscaped gardens with pool. This is a true arcadia just 20 mins drive from Rome. Owners are very welcoming hosts.

"Nice private place to stay for a family, close to Rome, huge private territory."

Location, privacy and valley views are great. Historic well kept up building with a charming owner / host. This is a property owned by a family for generations, kept up with love and care. Gated access, close to Rome. We loved the art items decorating the walls and historical introduction. Host was always few steps ahead of our questions and needs, available via WhatsApp and in person.

"Very pleasant place, we would stay again."

The apartment was very charming and the garden was pleasant for me and my family. This place is located about a 25 minute taxi ride out of Rome. After being in Rome all day exploring the Colloseum, Forum, etc it was a nice peaceful place to return to away from all the busy-ness of Rome. My kids liked the swing in the garden, the pool and the dog that came to visit a few times. Lucia was a friendly and helpful host - thank you!

Because of the location it isn't always easy to get a taxi to Rome, sometimes have to wait a while or else book ahead. Might be easier if you rent your own car. In the end we found the itTaxi app the easiest way to get a taxi to come to the apartment to take us to Rome.

Stunning apartments renovated to an excellent standard. Authentic decor and modern appliances. So much private space in the grounds and pool area. Pool was ideal size and traditional garden swing was perfect. Views from terrace and all windows were of Italian vista and Italian umbrella pines framed the skyline.

There are 23 steps up to the apartment so not ideal if reduced mobility.
