Very attentive and friendly owner. Beautiful, clean and well maintained house. Great location. Las Teresitas Beach can be easily reached on foot (about 10-15 minutes), but we went by car, as there were always free parking spaces near the beach (late September-early October). Near the house there are several good restaurants and small grocery stores.

"Our walking Holiday"

It has everything. A modern house in a old town but it fits in great.

Every thing worked for us there was only two of us. If there was four people staying the table in the kitchen is not quite right. But that's all.

"Dreamy apartment in quirky San Andres"

Perfectly located just off the main road to Santa Cruz, and across the road from the three best restaurants in San Andres, this wonderful and stylish apartment even has a built-in and very convenient parking garage. The showers had loads of warm water, and the rooftop terrace was very pleasant in the evenings. One of the best beaches on the island - Las Teresitas - is just a short walk away, and surrounded by the green beauty of the Anaga Mountains. Recommended. We can also recommend the seafood restaurant across the road, which is only open for lunch. Heladeria Nebraska on the main street was also a real find. For a nice hike in the nearby mountains, head to Igueste and do the Sendero El Semaforo.

Would’ve been nice to have Netflix included, like we had in other apartments on the island, but this is not really a complaint.
