Nice property, will book again!

The house was spacious and well lit. The check-in was timely. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. With a little bit of extra care and attention this can become (again) a charming house for a comfortable short stay.

No facetime with the host who did not pick up the phone but only replied to SMS. Food leftovers were found in the fridge with fingerprints on the door. The kitchen sink tap was leaking. The towels were damp. The place wasn't deep cleaned properly (balcony floors not washed for example). The sofa was worn and uncomfortable. More than half the light bulbs in the kitchen chandelier were broken.

-easy to enter the accommodation -three bathrooms, one on each floor -AC in every room -very clean -felt like a home -nice view from the roof -veranda near the kitchen -prefect for a family or two couples -netflix TV

-mattress on the top floor wasn't very comfy

the owner was very responsive. and informed us immediately that the hottub controller wasn't working, so there won't be a jacuzzi but could still be used as a 'hot bath' ACs are available and work perfectly

the jacuzzi was empty and had no patience nor time to fill it up and enjoy it. the terraced house was bit cold for my liking. (ACs are available and work perfectly) but not as comfortable as to stay in thin home attire

Needs upgrade in certain accesories

The place was unclean, lack of kitchen utensils, construction noise next door on weekend mornings starting at 7am, even after we were told construction ended on Friday.
