Great location and a very well kept clean flat. Nice space outside for eating and enough space for 2 people in there comfortably. It's about 15 mins walk to san teodoro down and about 10/12 to the beach la cinta which is also gorgeous but very busy beach!

The bin arrangement is quite tricky to work out and have to sort everyday when on holiday and I felt there wasnt enough in the flat to be able to fully cook comfortably in the flat. Such at bowls utensils, for the price there could be more washing up liquid, tea towels etc.

Clean and spacious, with everything we needed.

Bed is a little hard and we only had one firm pillow.

We rented three apartments as a group of friends which worked well. Maurizio arranged an airport pick up for us and was very helpful recommending places to visit and where to eat. There was plenty of parking and the apartments were close to the beach and several very nice bars and restaurants. It was quiet at night and a short, pleasant walk into the town with a nice pedestrian area of shops and more restaurants. A good base for exploring the area.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable and we could have done with a duvet or more blankets as it was a bit chilly at night.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation. The location was ideal, with shops nearby, easy access to stunning beaches, and convenient roads for getting around. We had a rental car issue, and Maurizio, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful in resolving it. Both Maurizio and Marcella were wonderful hosts—super friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. We highly recommend staying here; they made our trip truly memorable!

Very close to La Cinta Beach, 15 min walk to San Teodoro centre. Very nice owner. Air conditioning in the room and living room. Spacious parking. Quiet location.

Location of residence is amazing, just 5mins by walk from the beach. The apartment very clean, bed linen and towels new or after professional dry cleaning, amazing . Maurizio super friendly and helpful. We came very late out of hours, but get in to the flat without any problems. Very happy to choose the property with air conditioner.

It could be more kitchen utilities. Personally I very missed the kettle to make a morning coffee or tea for all. It is one cup espresso coffee maker only. If you want to make a boil water, need to use a cooking pot. And take a measurements in advance against mosquitoes, summer time the area has a lot of them.
