Spazi e Posizione

Arredo rivedibile, elettrodomestici della cucina da migliorare, il frigo non chiude bene, il bollitore è pieno di calcare e la macchina del caffè è inservibile e per finire uscita dell'acqua dai rubinetti con il contagocce

Centralissimo, casa molto curata e particolare, molto bella arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria Anna, super gentile e molto precisa. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort.

Unica pecca un pò la pulizia...da migliorare un po per rendere il soggiorno davvero un 10 stelle!

Casa nel centro del carinissimo borgo di Sansepolcro, completa di tutto il necessario per poterci vivere serenamente. Molto fresca, pulita, e comoda sia al centro che al parcheggio. Canere molto grandi, due bagni, TV in ogni camera, asciugamani e accappatoi. Mi era già piaciuta dalle fotografie ma devo dire che dal vivo mi è piaciuta ancora di più. La signora è sempre stata disponibile al telefono. La consiglio vivamente considerato anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

"Se podría mejorar la iluminación."

La casa es muy fresca y muy amplia. Está en pleno centro de la población.

La cocina tiene poca luz. Hay una lavadora pero no funciona , aunque dicen los propietarios que ya esta anunciado en la descripción, NO es cierto,y tampoco tienen nada para tender la ropa.

Huge apartment, full of character in the heart of the pedestrian area inside the old city walls

It advertised that it had parking but this turned out to be a public street carpark around 700m away - not ideal with rented motorbikes. No bath towels were provided
