Charming 4-bed Townhouse on South Cliff

Comfy beds and very clean. Value for money.

This is the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. The house is well furnished in a contemporary style and there were many extra thoughtful touches; a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk etc. and also some chocolate biscuits which went down very well with the grandchildren and even a disposable BBQ. Everything was spotlessly clean. Communication throughout was excellent. The WiFi is strong - we were all on it at once! The hosts clearly care about their guests. The location makes it easy to get to all amenities in the town and on the beach on foot but for the less energetic, the cliff lift and shoreline buses are available. The views from the South Cliff, a few minutes walk away, are stunning and proved an excellent vantage point from which to watch the fireworks over the bay. There are loads of takeaways locally if you don't feel like cooking or eating out. There's even a courtyard garden, perfect for kicking a football!

It's really hard to find fault! The living room might be a bit small for 8 people but we were blessed with good weather so it wasn't a problem. Parking can be an issue but the hosts gave us parking permits and there is a surface carpark nearby.

The house was perfect and Ellie the host couldn’t do enough for us, will certainly be booking again.

Wonderful exceptionally clean property. Fantastic welcome package which was much appreciated. Thoughtful care package for our dog. Everything to make his stay comfortable. A lot of thought has gone in to providing the customer with a super holiday. Can’t praise this property enough.

The house was perfect for 8 people. It was very clean, there was a washing machine, dryer and all the kitchen facilities you need. The owner very considerately surprised us with initial supplies such as bread, milk, butter, wine, etc. and even games for the 2 young girls. We asked if we could check in early as we had travelled a long distance and she very kindly obliged.
