Scarborough Stays - Luxury Townhouse Ideal for large groups - HOT TUB

It’s a super house for a family group or friends. The house was very clean, but did smell a bit damp on arrival. The hot tub is a definite plus. Plenty of kitchen equipment and an en-suite in each bedroom.

Not a lot of outside space. No downstairs loo.

Fantastic for a large family willing to share with each other. October/November weather was not the best but the holiday is what you make it. Would book again if ever thinking of Scarborough again or family time away.

First night people complained it was cold but every other night it was rather warm 20-23 degrees C.

The location was excellent and the six bedrooms all en suite with a good combination of twins and doubles. Modern heating system warmed the place up well, showers were very good

Musty smell on arrival which lingered in internal bathrooms and hot tub room. Some cleaning issues (mould on ceiling in some bathrooms) some maintenance issues in kitchen - fridge shelf missing and oven door popped open.

The dining area is nice and enough cups, glass, and plates to go around. The place is clean and well-furnished I love the gas cooker and dishwasher

The living room does get a bit heated when cooking food. Maybe installing a fan or some cooling system will be great. The temperature at the time of the visit is normal, In a hot summer day, the living will be quite hot. The shower has no label, so becomes very hard to identify which is hot/cold tap. The tap for the hot water for some of the showers is very hard to control (turn). Do some fixing I find some water will run down the shower and wet the floor, especially on the second floor (small room)

A little noisy in the front bedrooms as on a main road and had to have windows open as it was warm

We absolutely loved the whole stay, the house was amazing, we will definitely be returning.

Not enough storage in the bedrooms,mainly living out of a case.Only one front door key which made it a bit awkward because we were a large group.Ideal if you all go out and come back together.
