Masons Cottage, an Idyllic retreat in an area of outstanding beauty, close to Blenheim Palace, Oxford & The Cotswolds

Fantastic location with great views. The owners were lovely and we received fresh eggs and milk for our stay. One of the best places I’ve stayed.

A small but perfectly formed cottage set in a very peaceful spot. The cottage was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The wool mattress and duvets were a revelation - very cosy and comfortable. The cottage was very conveniently situated for everything we wanted to do, including a couple of trips into Oxford ( using the park and ride) National Trust properties and visiting family. There is a handy shop in the villagefor newspapers and food supplies.

Such a lovely location and beautiful cottage. The most comfortable bed and sofa ever ! Everything was perfect - lovely owners, stunning views, friendly locals and beautiful walks from the front door.

The cottage is very cosy and well equipped. The grounds to the house and cottage are spot on With the instructions provided it was easy to find

Our stay at Masons Cottage was excellent. We enjoyed the location, the views and the cosy feeling the cottage was welcoming us with after each of the daily long walks.

Lovely property, very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. We were sent a very helpful information message prior to arrival with all the essential details which helped the stay go smoothly. Very kind and helpful owners/managers.
