LAIRDS COTTAGE

Very clean and good value for money. Spacious areas, big shower room, clean bathroom. Lots of information about property and surrounding areas. Pauline greeted us on arrival, was very welcoming. Outdoor area was very good, we sat outside on the Saturday

Could do with thinner duvets is the only fault (I loved them but my partner didn’t!), we found the radiators were on full so turned them down as the outside temperature was mild when we were there

The property is immaculate and fully equipped with everything you need. Pauline is a lovely host who makes sure you have everything you require, and is available to support you throughout the stay. The beds are really comfortable and having everything on ground level except the bedrooms was really useful for my elderly parents with slight mobility issues. It has a lovely outside space to relax and gorgeous views out back.

There weren't any negatives with the property for us. The only thing we did struggle with initially was locating it as the satnav took us to one a little down the road. Pauline was so lovely to come and meet us and guide us to the property. If you are coming down the hill look out for a road sign showing bend in road. This is right outside the entrance to Kingscrown House and Lairds Cottage is in the bottom of the drive in the corner.

The accommodation is truly exceptional - it's a spotless, gorgeous cottage, where everything you could possibly need is provided. Great parking too. The beds are so comfortable and we had great sleep every night of our stay. The outdoor space is especially wonderful and the countryside views are stunning. It was quiet and peaceful during our stay. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. Honestly one of the loveliest places we've stayed, we've already booked again.

This was self catering.The standard of the property was excellent the furniture and fitments very good. Would advise changing the lighting in the lounge to ‘soft white’!

We had absolutely no complaints and the host and hostess were absolutely lovely.

The facilities were top notch, cottage was extremely well laid out and spotlessly clean, everything you would need was available, hosts were superb and so friendly, We would not hesitate booking again.

The Cottage is fantastic, fully equipped with everything to feel like your at home. The seperate and additional toilet really makes a difference when you have 4 people here. The hosts have been fantastic kept in touch all through the booking and provided excellent travel directions.. all they need to do is add bath robes and it would be like staying in a 5 star resort.

The owners of the property were so wonderful to work with and made it feel like a home away from home
