Everything was amazing

Wonderful apartment in a perfect resort. Communication from the owners was excellent. Gorgeous outside area to relax in the evening. Fantastic air conditioning. All round lovely stay in a quiet and well maintained complex.

Apartments were great - spacious rooms and large balconies. it was located very close to main street, bars and restaurants.

You are asked not to leave any rubbish at the apartment, but the disposal of rubbish is a bit complicated.

Unfortunately nothing.

I booked an appartment with patio with panoramic view according to description and photographs on Booking.com. On the day of arrival I received information that my appartment is on the ground floor with street view. Street was extremely busy, very noisy and full of traffic fumes. It was impossible to sleep because of cars. Appartment and patio was DIRECTLY BY THE STREET so noises and traffic fumes made it impossible to eat or rest there. We could not even open windows. I complained about that on the first day and I received an answer that they will change it to another one on higher floor, which I paid for, but 'tommorow'. On the next day they told me that unfortunately they will not change my appartment and if I don't like it I can leave and find another place for my vacation. Very arrogant. During my 6-day stay I did not even once see single staff person. No changing towels, no cleaning, nothing. On the arrival day they also sent me long information about how I have to handle garbage on my own. Nothing ment before. The best is now: they knew that I am really pissed off, so after my check-out they reported no-show to Booking.com so I could not rate them and describe what happend! Fortunately customer service from booking.com reacted and made it possible for me to rate them and write here everything. I hope this will be a warning to everyone !

We loved everything about this property. It was furnished to a high standard and the bedrooms were large with excellent showers. The large balcony was perfect for alfresco dining and drinks. It was only a short walk from the centre of Villasimius where there were excellent restaurants. We also loved the surrounding beaches which were nearby. we were travelling around for 2 weeks and this was by far the best property that we stayed in. Thanks you.
