Appartamento vacanze Villasimius

The apartment was cozy and cool, with everything you needed available. The terrace is located right outside the apartment, directly opposite the entrance, and is for the exclusive use of guests. Situated on the east side, it is perfect for watching the sunrise and stays nicely shaded during peak hours, making it a great spot to relax with a glass of wine after a busy day. Just remember to always take your keys with you when stepping out, as the doors lock automatically and you will get locked out without them. There is a shop just a few steps away, and it is very close to the center, restaurants, and bars. The beach is a maximum 20-minute pleasant walk away, and the distance goes by very quickly along the promenade. Communication with the owner was positive. I recommend this apartment to undemanding guests who need a base for sleeping and enjoying the charms of Villasimius. Overall, I consider the stay to be very positive.

Appartamento silenzioso e fresco in centro, sulla via parcheggio gratuito. Supermercato a due passi. Esaudite le nostre richieste. Ci tornerei.

Central location, 2 mins to restaurant. 20 min walk to beach although there is also a bus to beach. Nice apartment.

Outside area is separate from apartment, not so bad though.

Alloggio e spazio esterno totalmente Trascurati. All’esterno é uno sgabuzzino di oggetti vari accatastati e poltrone impolverate da sempre. All'interno non funziona doccia, tavoletta WC rotta, scarpe abbandonate in scarpiera e per concludere chi dorme in soggiorno troverà contenitori rifiuti à ridosso dei letti. Preferisco limitarmi qui.
