Perfectly clean and decorated to a high standard. Well appointed and equipped with everything a visitor could want. Peaceful location with great views of the dales.Short walk to the village and West Burton further afield. An excellent guide to the property provided by James which gave clear, helpful information about the property. Nice finishing touches, complimentary condiments, coffees, teas, milk, soaps, toilet rolls, cleaning products towels etc.. Good parking at the rear and a sizeable secure garage which was ideal to secure our bicycles overnight.

Great location. Very clean, comfortable accommodation. Perfect for three adult men who spent three glorious days walking in the Dales and the evenings in the nearby excellent pub.

Lovely location. Quiet. Plenty of room. Beautiful property.

Too much light in the top bedroom on a morning. Has velux blind on one window to block light but a second window has only curtains so was woken early.

Great location, all facilities available, off road parking. Stunning views of local area. Couldn’t fault anything in our stay, myself and the family loved it and would love to return in the future
