16 Mile View

There was no cellphone reception or wi-fi facilities in the downstairs flatlet.

The view and the location were the high points of the stay.

To mention a few... Being told to checkout at 9h00 instead of 10h00, the lack of some basic equipment, the not-so-pet-friendliness, the garden service showing up unannounced, not enough wood for the first braai as promised, no door between the bathroom/room of the flatlet. Lots of little things added up to a bigger irritation and at the end of it, did not feel very happy.

The view was amazing and location walking distance from beach. Main bedroom bed was comfortable.

1. Advertised payment terms were not applied. It was advertised as payment upon arrival however pre-payment was requested. 2. Overall property feels dated and needs some repairs. Furnishings needs updating. 3. Although pet-friendly, it was not fenced off properly so our dogs would be able to escape. 4. You have to park outside on the street.

Amazing views, you can see, hear, and smell the sea. The apartment has large stackable doors in the dining area, fully opening to experience this amazing view. There is one double bedroom with an amazing sea view and one bunker bedroom with no view. Friendly and helpful hosts. The beach is within walking distance from the apartment.

There where no shower, only a bath.
