Clean and comfy, close to the kite spot

Spacious and cozy apartment with terrace. Clean and comfortable. Located near to airoport, beach with restaurants and bars, grocey store. Garden recreation area. Responsive host. Took us to the airport.

Nice modern little apartment. Clean and comfortable. Pietro was helpful and very responsive on What's-app. Place is very quiet for a good sleep. There's a military airport nearby so you can hear fighter jets from time to time that are pretty loud, but they don't fly very often and never at night. With the window closed it was not a problem. Good AC kept the temperature very comfortable in the living room and bedroom, consistent hot water, and the kitchenette is very convenient with a fridge, stove, kettle, a moka pot for coffee and some basic kitchenware for cooking and eating. Two of the units have balconies, which are huge. There's a small dining table and a large sink and drying rack, perfect to wash kite gear. Also asked Pietro for a bycicle for a fee which was ready as I arrived. Super convenient for getting around. Takes about 12-15 minutes by bicycle to get to the kite surfing spots, and you can cut through the farm which is a very pleasant ride.

Wifi was quite consistent but upload speed is slow. 20Mb/s download, but only 0.3Mb/s upload. I still managed to work for the 2 weeks I was there, but always had to close my camera during meetings, and sometimes others would not hear me for a few seconds. Water was temporarily gone a few times, but Pietro passed by to restore it very quickly, so it was not an issue. All-in all, small inconveniences for an overall great stay.

The apartment is very, very large. Both rooms are quite large, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds. Overall, a family of four can easily use this apartment, also thanks to the large kitchen and living room. Also the terrace is really large, and very nice. If you are here for kite surfing (we were not), there's also room for your gear. Finally, if you have time and the right weather to enjoy, there's a great yard in the back, where you can rest, train or even BBQ. We never met the host, but his instructions were very clear. The apartment was crystal clean

We had a bit of a misunderstanding: as we were two colleagues travelling for work, we needed two separate beds in two separate rooms. When we arrived, quite late in the evening, only the queen-size bed in one bedroom had been readied, while the beds in the other room had no sheet. While this was certainly a misunderstanding, it caused a bit of an inconvenience. The location might be great if you are there to kite-surf, but it's on a relatively busy country road so, on this side, not really great (althouth this is not a problem to sleep at night)

Great location, nice and clean space

The apartment was clean and had plenty of space/ beds for our group of six. We loved the balconies and view of the vineyards. The location was close to airport, very convenient for an early morning fight.

It was away from restaurants and amenities. Taxis were not easily accessible/ very expensive and public transportation was not available.
