Nothing, everything was fabulous

The place was spotless and spacious! We really appreciated having both a cozy living room for watching TV and a quiet reading nook—great lighting and comfy sofas in both. The kitchen had everything we needed, though a couple of larger bowls would’ve been nice. Even though trash bags and recycling bins weren’t set up at first, we easily found plenty of bags under the sink, so no problem at all. There were lots of heaters around the house, which made us feel safe and warm throughout the night. It might help future guests if the guidebook included a note saying “fire symbol = heating on” for those unfamiliar with it. The bedrooms were super clean and comfortable—we slept really well. With three bathrooms, no one had to wait or hold it in! The host was kind and very helpful, letting us pick up the keys early and even preparing a lovely welcome basket. Such a thoughtful touch! We absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended this place to friends. Thank you!

Every little detail was thought of, down to the smallest touch of Easter decorations. Incredible friendly hosts, very accommodating. We would definitely come back again.

Beautifully decorated and furnished property. Everything you could need is there. Immaculately clean. Lovely touch to have left Easter colouring pages for our children and some snacks.

Can't fault this property. It is on a main street with advantage of being able to walk to shops, restaurants etc. but at the expense of some passing traffic noise.

Once we arrived it was home from home, it was clean spacious and so well laid out for our group. The rooms were so clean and the extra bits like shower gel, hair spray, face cloths with towels ,coffee pods & basket of goodies. We felt right at home 🏡. Rachel was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. Location was ideal and so much to do around.

The Yellow Door is a lovely townhouse. It is stylish, clean, spacious and comfortable. Rachel and Niall were great to deal with and surprised us with sweets and snacks on the dining table and milk in the fridge. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Four bedrooms with comfy beds, three bathrooms, two living room areas, a proper sized dining table and a nice kitchen. In case of a longer stay we would have missed a dishwasher, but that was not an issue for us, as we were only staying one night. Initially we were worried that not having a self-check-in with keys in a lockbox might be an inconvenience due to our tight travel schedule, but the owners made check-in and check-out absolutely smooth and uncomplicated. Due to our travel plans we were only able to spend one night, but we'd love to come back some day!
