"Awesome view and walking access to a super beach."

Stunning view. Good shower with hot water. Tony is a helpful friendly host. Clean linen. Braai facilities and ideal for outdoors dining on the deck. A nice little table is provided for dining inside. There is a study desk as well. The WiFi "Just Works".

Maintenance is needed, for example, the kitchen cupboards smell mouldy. There wasn't a good selection of pots and pans. I unlike my usual booking.com stays, no soap, body wash or tea towel is supplied. We received only one roll of toilet paper.

"Exceptional - facility and host"

What an outstanding 3 nights spent at the Starfish Surf House with family Garry was the best host ever and was always checking in to see if we needed anything without encroaching on our privacy. Our unit had everything you could ask for and the location and view was exceptional. Highly recommended and I will definitely be staying at the Starfish Surf house every time I'm in JBay. Thank you to all concerned.

"Great value find for the JBay Surf Festival"

Exactly as described, exactly what was needed. The teens went to the JBay Surf Festival and wanted to be close to the action whilst still being comfortable.
