La posizione centrale

Il baccano dei locali (bar e ristoranti), musica a palla sino alle 2 della notte. Non si poteva dormire, tremavano anche i vetri delle finestre. Perdita d'acqua nella lavatrice situata nella cucina. La mattina c'era sempre acqua sul pavimento nonostante non abbiamo mai utilizzato la lavatrice. Benché abbiamo chiesto l'intervento per un idraulico

There is a full on nightclub downstairs that plays music until 2am, none of us slept that night. This needs to be fully and clearly disclosed in the listing (not in reviews). Upon entry, no communication about what to do with the keys once we picked them up from the bar. Bartender said she didnt know where to go, or which apartment. No numbers on apartment, was given about 8 keys, so we had to try them all in all doors once we figured out which building. Host did respond back promptly and said it was a Booking.com issue. Stove was clicking the entire stay, told host, no resolution.

In the middle of the city La Maddalena Two bedroom and two bathroom Public parking place right in front of the building. We did get parking there everytime but this is in september. Close to the ferry to Palau, and like 8 min driving to a good beach. We also had a catamaran boat tour and the pier was 2 min to walk from the apartment. Good aircondition.

No elevator in the building and the apartment is on the second floor. It is a bar downstairs that play music VERY loud several days in the week. No outdoor space, the balcony is only to hang weet clothes. We lost all electrisity in the apartment and had to want many hours before the landlord told us to go down on the ground level and look. We had checked everything in the apartment and the problem was not there, and not possible to solve the problem before we hearing from the landlord. I can understand that you can not be avalible at all time but maybe a little note in the apartment if it is a regular problem.

Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt. Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Meter von einem kostenfreien Parkplatz entfernt - wobei man immer mal ein paar Runden drehen musste um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Gut sortierter Supermarkt in ein paar hundert Metern Entfernung. Die Strände von La Maddalena sind mit einem Mietauto sehr schnell erreichbar und am Abend kann man direkt zu Fuß bummeln gehen - Bummelmeile startet direkt vorm Haus und mehrere Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe bzw. sogar im Erdgeschoss des selben Gebäudes. Es gibt zu jedem der zwei Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer, wobei eines davon sehr klein aber ausreichend ist. Dafür ist das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sehr geräumig. Toller riesengroßer Kühlschrank und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Küche vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Rückseite des Hauses, sodass man die laute Musik aus den umliegenden Bars nicht ganz so extrem hört wie auf der Vorderseite. Für unsere 3 Nächte (Familie mit zwei Teenies) hat die Wohnung sehr gut gepasst.

Der Schlüssel war in einem naheliegenden Café abzuholen, leider wusste jedoch niemand wo die zugehörige Eingangstür zu finden ist (Haupteingangstür, bzw. Wohnungstür im 2. Stock). Haben dann einen Tipp von einem Kellner eines nahegelegenen Restaurants bekommen obwohl es dieser auch nicht genau wusste (Er sagte "ich habe manchmal beobachtet, dass die Leute da rüber gegangen sind"). In der Nacht wird direkt unter dem Apartment in mehreren Bars sehr laut Musik bzw. Livemusik gespielt (bis ca. 2.00Uhr). Wir haben uns meist ins Geschehen geworfen, da im Apartment im 2. Stock durch die Bässe sogar die Fenster gescheppert haben. Wer also früher schlafen will ist hier wahrscheinlich nicht so gut aufgehoben. Die Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon des Schlafzimmers hat Ausblick auf eine große Baustelle hinterm Haus und bietet außerdem keine Sitzgelegenheit.

Il rumore: abbiamo soggiornato venerdì e sabato. Venerdì sera piano bar sotto casa a volume altissimo fino all'una, sabato sera discoteca all'aperto nella pizzeria sotto casa (dalle 00:30 alle 2:30). La gestione della spazzatura: siamo stati due giorni nei quali abbiamo fatto la differenziata ma chiaramente i giorni non corrispondevano a quelli della RACCOLTA, ma l'host mette come REGOLA che se non la porti via ti fa pagare 25 euro di multa. Dove avremmo dovuto metterla? In valigia? L'host non risponde alle domande tipo codice wifi, spiagge da consigliare.

A ver... no tienen WiFi. Al llegar, recoges las llaves en el bar de abajo pero no te indican ni la planta que es, como la puerta esta sin señalizar tuvimos problemas para entrar. Por lo que llamamos al número proporcionado por el alojamiento en booking, el cuál es incorrecto, también les escribimos por booking pidiendo, si es posibles, otro juego de sábanas y no nos contestaron hasta 8 horas mas tarde. A lo que nos respondieron que podíamos coger sábanas de un baúl que olía a cerrado... Además, al caer la noche, el bar de abajo pone la música a un volumen tan alto que con puertas y ventanas cerradas se escuchaba tanto en la habitación como en los baños (que son interiores y no tienen ventanas al exterior), ya podrían por lo menos dar tapones de oídos de cortesía.... Al final, lo peor fue la comunicación con los propietarios, su actitud, y el trato recibido
