Animals roaming around the place

The place had lots of cockroaches in the house, we reported to her and her answer was, you guys spray them your selfs, because they are caused by the rain, she new we were coming why did she not attend to them ? We ended requesting our refund back as the group was not happy at all. In the morning she sends a picture of a fallen sign saying we broke it and didn't report it. We were so surprised about her accusations, she said they are tire marks around it and I asked her, why do you think is us who broke it, it all happened because we took back our money, and I told her our cars have cameras for front and back, I don't mind opening a case of false accusation as we have proof we never broke anything. She took us for granted I don't know is it because we r black or what,

I did like seeing the animals moving around and close to the apartment

Swimming pool it's too small i understand it's meant for the children but I also wanted to swim but there space is small for adult.

The location of the property was amazing… we could easily walk to the restaurant

Property could do with a makeover and change of furniture
