Great location, still in walking distance from town, fabulous view from the terrace, great restaurant & beach suggestions from Stelios

The house is very clean and the view is amazing! The host is very helpful and friendly.

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! Perfectly positioned a short walk to town, or a few meters from the bus stop to make getting around the island very easy. The house was very well equiped with everything you could need. 3 generous sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and outdoor terrace made for a very comfortable stay. The owner Stelios lives upstairs, but never felt like he intruded on the space. His hospitality and kindness was very much appreciated. Photos don’t do this place justice, even better in person.

There are a few steps up to the property, but to get that beautiful view it is expected in Skiathos.

Just finished the most enjoyable visit to Skiathos. What a spectacular island! This lovely “villa” is well appointed - very close to Skiathos town but far enough away for quiet. Close to all activities. Stelios met us at arrival with a smile. He continued to offer assistance throughout our stay, and was very responsive to our needs and questions. He lives in the above apartment so he’s close and is in and out throughout the day. The first night he even gifted us a bottle of local white wine for our stay (when he discovered I enjoy wine, but red wine we brought from Italy was not acceptable in Greece in the summer!) We drank the white wine in the evenings as an apertif on the veranda with a beautiful view. When we had a boat trip to Lalaria, he offered a dry bag - I so appreciated that so I count take my camera and phone to shore. The last day, he offered to show our family his favorite taverna off the touristy path in Skiathos Town, serving authentic cuisine. It was so nice to get to know him better and understand the culture of Skiathos and Greece from a local perspective. He insisted he escort us to the airport when we left! At departure we had a snafu with the rental cars, but our phones randomly weren’t working to solve the issue - Stelios saved the day by speaking with them. Always with a smile and a joke, he was patient and humorous with our teenagers. The apartment was clean. The kitchen worked well, we did cook daily. Great air conditioners in all the bedrooms.

Not that we didn’t like it, but there are 39 big steps from parking area to the veranda so be prepared.

Beautiful place, kind and helpful proprieter, super sea. The niceist holiday we ever had. Thank you Stelios.

This is the perfect location to explore the whole island, but it is also only a short walk from town and an easy drive to the larger supermarkets. The villa itself is well equipped and had everything that we could need, but we spent most of our time out on the terrace - it truly is a golden view, especially the sunrise over the town. Stelios was really welcoming and helped us out with where to go and what to do during our week. We felt very well looked after and would highly recommend this villa.

The view is purely amazing, you simply do not get enough of it! Stelios is very friendly and was always helpful, we also had a very cool evening together in the city, there was absolutely nothing I could complain about and in real life everything looks even better than in the pictures, I would highly recommend booking this house :)

The view is absolutely amazing; the house is super-clean and nicely furnished. The location is strategic to reach both the Old Town and the most famous beaches. The owner lives upstairs; every day at breakfast we have received a warm “good morning” and in the afternoon, coming back from the beaches he was there, asking about our day. He is always present and willing to help.

Perfect location, close to sea / beach and bus stops, short distance to town. Well equipped, comfortable and nicely furnished apartment. We had everything we needed. The view from the veranda over the sea was amazing and wonderful to relax there in the sun or in the evening. Stelios was a helpful and attentive host. He gave us advice and re commendations and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay.
