Cabin w hot tub & kayaks by river

From the discussion we thought it would have kayaks and by the river maybe change the name to just cabin in the woods with hot tub

Secluded and quiet

The hot tub should be on the enclosed deck so it can be enjoyed anytime of day.

Location

Unfortunately, this rental did not live up to expectations. The pictures were quite deceiving—they made the place appear much more updated and well-maintained than it actually was. Upon arrival, several issues were immediately noticeable. There were multiple broken or poorly functioning items, kitchen faucet, shower head, bathroom cabinets.

The property was beautiful.

House cleaner was there before we got there. They should be fired. The owner probably lives far away and needs major feedback on how the property is. Bathroom shower faucet- horrible. Kitchen faucet horrible. It was very dirty. Dog hair all over porch. There’s no way it was clean. I took a pic of my sock but my friends was horrible. Downstairs - smelled and very musty. I do appreciate the owner communicating every step of the way but he needs to know that the property is not up to snuff No extra towels, no blankets, no ice trays, detergent was water. But he did provide coffee. I wish I could say some good things.

Hot tub was barely warm

The directions to the place were perfect. The location is very quiet and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. We loved the fire pit and the wood burning stove! We enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub! Even though we never got around to using the kayaks, we loved that we had the option. The host easy to get ahold of.

The pellet stove downstairs wasn’t working and we couldn’t shut off the upstairs fan because a tenant had broken the chain.
