Great location for exploring the mountains by foot or by bike. Superb restaurant in the village.

It was a great house.

Amazing location. Horses out front and chickens in the back (rooster easily drowned-out with sound machine and mostly closed door of front bedroom). Didn't care for bed-width pillow at first, but it works! I like it! Was a bit cold at first until I figured out how to control the heat via Alexa and using Google to ask her to raise the temp in Spanish. Shower has good temp, pressure, volume.

Fridge/boiler room smells heavily of kerosene, but keep the door closed and it's not an issue. Bathroom had an overwhelming sewer gas smell once I removed the awful air freshener sticks/oil. I dealt with this by keeping the door closed and the window open (still able to drown out Mr. Rooster with sound machine). I notified the host after I left and he told me he'd had a plumber out to remove a child's toy from the toilet (previous guest), and was not aware of the gas leak but would have it fixed. NO SHELVING AT ALL in the shower, which is very annoying (had to put everything on the floor). Vinyl flooring upstairs is terrible, but I'd stay here again provided the toilet seal is fixed.

Very clean and comfortable vacation house. Super communication with the host 👌 The location was great for us to reach starting points to the hikes in the Babia y Luna mountain peaks.
