the housekeepers do a fantastic job, the beds were made SO perfect! Place is spotless, smelled great and it was nice and warm on arrival, I hate arriving to a cold place, so thank you!

this place is great, have made some upgrades to an already nice place. One might consider TV instructions and a guide, and in the future an updated couch/Footstool/kitchen chairs. The current ones are not for sitting for more than a very short time as they are wicker, hard and very uncomfortable as is the couch.

The property was very private and quiet. It had amazing hidden seashore inspired treasures in every room.

The washer/dryer was not working. Also we had to rewash the dishes because the dishwasher was ineffective. The property also had a place where the vinyl siding had been melted that should be replaced in the back by the patio. You could also use a nice set of pots and pans and some decent bakeware. Especially if you expect people to bake the cookie mixes that you leave (which we really enjoyed)!

Very friendly staff, the house was clean and had many utensils for cooking and eating well. The furniture was fairly new and kept up well, and we used the BBQ the two nights we were there. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the many folding chairs that were available to use around the fire.

It would be nice to stock firewood for the fire pit as we had to comb for downed trees in the nearby forest. It would also be nice if the trail to the beach (quite far away for older people as we had our 82 your old mother with us) was maintained better with clear signs on how to get back to the house.

it was such an awesome home, we throughly enjoyed our stay. There were games and everything we needed.

Everything was more than expected! The decor was beautiful and all the extra treats were unexpected. Something for everyone, the kids loved giant Jenga game while they snacked popcorn and made cookies. My Mom especially enjoyed roasting hot dogs and marshmallows in the outdoor fire pit. This was a family gathering in memory of my sister who loved the ocean. So nice to have a home base for family to stop in and pay their respects. I enjoyed showing the place off! I will definitely be back again!

The location was great, as close to the beach as you could get. There are so many restaurants that are near by, my wife has a gluten allergy and there were many options available. Umi Sushi and Pizza Factory did a great job with gluten free options. The hosts were very responsive and were kind beyond words, I would recommend this property to anyone. If you are considering a property to stay at while in Ocean Shores, this is it. I myself am more reserved, and was a little concerned with the bright colors of the walls and decor, but by the end of the week I appreciated the amount of effort that went into making this property flow and have a certain charm. They have updated many items not in the pictures, and so there are hanging chairs in both the front and back yard. There are 3 kurigs in the house one outside each bathroom and one in the kitchen, stocked with kcups and tea. There are chairs to take to the beach, and a nice fire pit in the front and grill for bbq.

The large shower that has a stone floor was not as comfortable as the other shower, but it was large and had two shower heads, and so was very nice to use regardless.
