"The floors are potentially hazardous as boards are loose and soft. The facility was in poor condition but clean. Overall"

It was close to beach

The floors were soft like they might be rotten and one particular floor board was loose. The garbage can lid in kitchen wouldn’t stay closed. A severe ant infestation was a problem from start to finish. It looked like black mold was growing on the bottom of shower curtain. Back yard was littered with dog, dear and possibly bear poop.

The quiet serenity. It was a nice escape. The kitchen had good utensils and equipment.

I couldn't have a bath because the drain plug didn't work.

It was very quiet and a good location.

The front door locks are EXTREMELY hard to open. There was no outside access to water to wash sand from the beach even though the property is about 2 blocks from the beach
