Everything! Manolis is very nice, polite and gave us all instructions needed. The beach is 10 min away, very nice, sandy. The place was clean, pool was nice and privacy was overscoring expectations. Restourants are few minutes walk. I really recommend this place.

Toller Gastgeber, sehr ruhige Umgebung, perfektes Ferienhaus. Wir wurden von Manolis, dem Hausherren, persönlich empfangen, uns wurden alle Einrichtungen in der Villa ausführlich erklärt, ausserdem gab es tolle Insider Tipps zu Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Ferienhaus perfekt gelegen, nicht in einer Durchfahrtsstrasse, somit perfekte Ruhe. Herzlichen Dank an Manolis, kann man nur empfehlen 👍👍👍

Manolis's place feels very loved, and very well taken care of. It's spacious and clean nd has lot of nice tiny details that made our stay so pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipt and had everything in order to cook family meals everyday. And the best part - The private pool and the rooftop, wow. So relaxing and quiet... Manolis was an exceptional host, being so caring and friendly, and also very responsive to every question or request long before we even arrived. I highly recommend this place!

It was prefect. We oved everything about it.

We stayed in Villa Gema and it was absolutely gorgeous. The area was peaceful and the outdoor area and pool felt really private. The large balcony and beautiful views were an added extra. The walk to the beach was easy and this beach was much nicer than the main beach in Pefkos. Manolis was such a lovely host, he booked meals and taxis for us and gave some amazing recommendations that made our trip.
