Milos Villas Complex

The location is perfect, a 15 minute walk into town, 5 minutes to the beach but lovely and peaceful with gorgeous views over the sea from the roof. All the things you would need for your stay and Manolis (the host) is so helpful with anything you need. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We stayed 7 nights in Villa Athena; the location, the property and cleanliness, the private pool, Manolis the host - everything was just perfect!! Communication prior and during our stay was excellent. On arrival Manolis met us and explained how everything worked and also provided a map and helpful information re taxis and local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for him! The outdoor area with the private pool was simply amazing! Good facilities; comfy sun loungers, parasol and day bed! Location was perfect, a 10-15 walk from the buzz of the main strip of bars and restaurants, with a supermarket and great restaurant, Nikolas just 3 mins walk away! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning on returning again next year!

Manolis was there to greet us on arrival and showed us around. Very helpful with information of the Island. The villa was lovely and 9 nights were not enough. The lady who cleaned and the pool guy were very quiet and unobtrusive. I can’t praise this place enough.

We loved our stay at Villa Gema. The highlight is the lovely private pool and roof terrace, surrounded by fruit trees, flowers and olive groves. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. It is a short walk out of the town but there are restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and a beach (kavos) within ten minutes or so. Manolis was always very helpful, meeting us late on arrival and supporting with various requests we had during the stay. A great choice.

There was nothing we didn't like. Be aware that the walk into town is only 10-15 mins but it can feel a fair length in the summer heat.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villas Milo and experiencing the exceptional hospitality of our host, Manolis. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The villa's location was perfect - close to the beach and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness of the place. Manolis went above and beyond by providing cleaning services twice during our stay, along with fresh towels. He was always just a message away, ready to assist with any questions or requests. Manolis not only hosted us but also acted as a local guide. His recommendations for places to visit and advice on restaurants enhanced our island experience. We even asked him about where to find quality olive oil, and he graciously shared some of his own, produced from the olives from the property. Manolis's flexibility on our last day, allowing us to stay until late, demonstrated his dedication to ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The villa itself was a true gem, well-maintained and equipped with a private swimming pool that delighted our kids every day. The numerous amenities provided added convenience to our stay. In summary, our family had a wonderful time at Villas Milo, thanks to Manolis's kindness, attentiveness, and the beauty of the villa itself. We wholeheartedly recommend Villas Milo to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation experience.

Everything was great.

Villa Gema exceeded our expectations, if we could give it 11 out of 10 we would. We loved the pool, quiet location whilst only 10 minutes from the centre, the views from the roof top, cleanliness of the villa, extra seating areas, well equipped kitchen, the host, everything really was perfect. If we ever return to Pefkos we would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved everything about this villa. Manolis the owner is just so friendly and obviously takes great care and pride to make sure you have everything you need. The villa is so cute and we loved having our own pool and the roof terrace is so lovely to have sun downers while watching the sea view. When I first read the review, I was initially suspicious thinking no property is that good. Bit honestly it really is! So quiet and peaceful even in peak August season
