Harrys Hideout - Shepherd's Huts at Harrys Cottages

Perfect hide away. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Superb location; secluded location and plenty of distance between the huts so we had complete privacy and peace and quiet. We were next to a wood so had beautiful bird song to wake up to. Hut was brilliantly designed to make great use of space and was finished to a very high quality throughout. Everything we needed was there, and the attention to detail was impressive including the torches and wheelbarrows at the car parking to allow for an easy stroll over to the hut. Bed was comfy, shower was great, everything absolutely delightful.

It was ideal - no criticisms at all.

Super cute little cottage! The kitchenette was very useful. comfy bed. local info a nice touch. loved the outside wood burner! stayed an extra night as it was so great! Noemi was wonderful too

Would have been useful to have more amenities such as cleaning fluids and more cloths as we almost ran out. An outdoor pizza oven would be great! Didn’t advertise you could hire a hot tub until I saw on instagram!

The hut is very cosy, clean and equipped with everything necessary to cook a small meal. The heating and hot water were amazing making the hut perfect for the colder days and weather too. The area is very quiet and peaceful with lots of apple trees so you can sleep very nicely, plus the bed is very comfortable! Also, the wifi connection is very good so if you want to stream a show on your tablet (we were watching the world cup games) it will work perfectly. Lastly, the hosts are very friendly and communication with them prior/during/after check-in is very good. In fact, we had an issue when accessing the hut because it has been raining for quite a few days (our car got stuck in the mud close to the entrance gates) and the hosts were really friendly and came to help us as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this place and I'm already thinking to reserve it again for summer/spring next year!

Maybe adding a light next to the gates would be beneficial as when it is dark at night it is very difficult to see the gates or understand how to open them, or be aware of anything around that area.

fantastic property, excellent decor and very cosy. lovely views across fields. lovely owners that were very helpful and friendly when needed.

Location is lovely - feels quite remote but in reality is not far from anything. The hut is very nicely equipped, warm & comfortable. Noemi was very pleasant & helpful on arrival. The glass roof over the bed is lovely when the cloud blows away sufficiently for moon & star gazing (or acts as a mirror when they don't :) ) Super little place for couples

The location was great - beautiful position in an orchard with unrestricted views across fields and a valley.

Unfortunately we didn't have great weather all of the time but the Shepherd's Hut was very cosy so the rain didn't spoil the trip.
