Outside space was very good, enjoyed having hot tub as well as pool

Villa generally a bit tired and past its best for price charged. Bathrooms poor - missing drain cover in shower, shower rail not fitting, general condition Broken window locks Doors that didn’t shut Air conditioning didn’t work and ceiling fan in one bedroom not working No bedside lamp in main bedroom only overhead light and unable to dim as control not working Bedding poor - worn, sheet barely fitting, pillowcase open both ends so coming off and stained pillow below, no mattress or pillow protectors etc

The property was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Check-in was super easy, and our host, Jhon, popped over when we were unsure how to operate the air conditioning. There was a bottle of wine, eggs, butter, milk, biscuits and water waiting for us when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The showers were excellent, really powerful but could get very hot so just be careful. There were plenty of towels for use outside at the pool. The table tennis table was a nice addition and we played a few games most evenings. The property is walking distance to the marina (30 minutes), Playa Dorada (15 minutes) and the main centre (20 minutes). There's an Aldi just around the corner with gorgeous fresh pastries!! I would definitely recommend this property

An information booklet containing instructions on how to use the air conditioning, how to cover the pool (if necessary) and maybe a few local recommendations would have been handy. The decor did show a bit of wear and tear, but the property was clean and well-appointed with plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware etc.

The garden with bbq, pool and Jaccuzzi is great and worth the high rating. In the end you are more outside than indoors.

Bathrooms and kitchen are a bit outdated, compared to the already renovated living room. But everything works. Mainly cosmetic. Beds are not super comfortable.

Loads of space and an excellent outdoor space. Pool was amazing and hot tub was a bonus! Very easy check in with clear instructions.

It could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly as it was quite dusty and perhaps some more basic cleaning items like kitchen roll, washing up liquid, surface spray to help visitors keep it clean during their stay as we had to buy these ourselves.
