The central location was excellent making travel to and from airport easy. It was in a beautiful neighbourhood and we loved staying there.

The only thing that would of made it better was to have Netflix as travelling with kids this can be great in quiet times

"Nice house but customer service needs improvement"

The house is beautiful and well kept. We had issues with the washing machine and the kind technician came right away to fix it.

I didn’t like the process of checking in, the staff kept asking me to place a deposit else I cannot checked in even though I have paid the property in full. After checking out, they promised to return me the deposit but it’s been 2 weeks and the amount has yet to be realised to my card. Really frustrating. The utensils are not cleaned thoroughly, and the bedrooms can get really stuffy at night.

it was a lovely quite place to stay. Nearby to where we needed to visit. Very roomy.

It was cold on arrival and took a bit to heat up. But it was the beginning of winter.
