Casa Laurent

La casa es una unifamiliar, con muchos escalones, pero fue muy cómoda, limpia y muy bien equipada. La piscina comunitaria es grande y está muy bien cuidada. Todo estaba limpio. La ubicación perfecta y el trato con Monica, la encarregada, perfecto. Un alojamiento ideal para unas vacaciones de playa y piscina en familia.

El anuncio no lo ponia, pero si hubiera tenido barbacoa, para nosotros ya hubiera.sido una casa perfecta.

El propietario majísimo, la casa muy bien, la piscina bien, no es inmensa pero está bien para el número de gente. Aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Camas cómodas. Playa 15/20 minutos andando y en coche 3. Para aparcar en la playa paciencia

Si quieres hacer algo de vida que no sea playa y piscina un poco a desmano, necesitas coche. La zona no tiene cobertura pero si wifi la casa. La piscina se cierra de 15:00 a17:00h. Al ser alquilado y la mayoría no, tienes la sensación de que molestas.

A localização é bastante boa, é necessário ter carro para ter mais comodidade nas deslocações ( centro de Alicante ) A piscina é mesmo em frente à casa, grande e com bastante espaço para todos, é um condomínio muito simpático.

Gostamos de tudo, apenas fez- nos falta uma máquina de café de cápsulas.

The house was a little far from supermarkets without a car, but a quick google found Gran Alacant taxis who we whatsapped and they got us from Aldi during a rainstorm. Bus linea 3 goes to Alicante and Santa pila regularly, and the tourist train was also great. We managed fine as three moderately fit adults with the walking.

Both bedrooms and the living room are a/c, which is great. There's a common swimming pool right in front of the house, but there are no shops anywhere within a walking distance. A few restaurants just outside the "urbanizacion". It is very quiet, having all windows on the inside, overlooking the inner garden and swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped, laundry and dish washing machines, good wifi. Vanessa was really helpful and answering all questions.

It's not within a reasonable walking distance from the beach and the sea is barely visible from the top terrace, if that matters. It's a 5 min drive to the beach and nearest shops, town, etc. The 2nd bathroom is actually just a toilet, so there's only one proper bathroom, but certainly 2 toilets help.

Casa Laurent was a very nice place to stay in Gran Alacant. You can find almost all you need in the apartment with all necessary facilities. Host Venessa was very friendly and you get very fast response for all your inquiries.

Great villa in a great location. Met on arrival by the lovely Vanessa who completed our paperwork and showed us around. She checked on with us via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok during our stay.
