The host let us in early with no extra charge.

Beds and mattresses and pillows were dirty. 1 single duvet on a double bed. 1 small electric heater that didn't heat much. It's cold at night and we were sat with our coats on! No kettle, cups and cutlery stained and dirty. Could only have a hot shower for 2 minutes before it ran out of hot water. Someone's left their dirty underpants under the sofa. Food down the back of the sofa. 🤮

Located in a quiet resident area. Took us 2 hours of driving around to find it!! Pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. All beds comfy but sofa bed not fit for purpose.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. We put 2 duvets on it for comfort. Flat screen tv-tiny (24" at most) only 4 dining chairs. The bungalow is really only suitable for 4 people at most. No corkscrew or wine glasses. No mugs. No sun loungers as they were broken. Pans/frying pans well used. No handwash/body wash etc . Water tank only holds 25 litres so you can't shower one after the other. Washing machine leaked. Overall the property needs a lot of tlc and updating. Parking is located a block behind the property as is the pool, access down an alleyway. We bought cleaning products and cleaned the kitchen. The reason I'm giving the property a passable rating is because the owner was very quick at resolving some of the issues. I would actually go back there again if the owner resolved all of the issues.

Our experience was awful. The house was filthy, a massive cockroach appeared one night and then got stuck inside the oven door (it’s probably still there), and the toilet smelled like a septic tank. The bedding (esp pillows) smelled strange, and there was a lot of dirt under the beds. The hot water for bathing barely lasted more than a minute. So for a family it is not ideal. We also found the temperature setting on the geyser was set low so we had to adjust that. The electricity would go off if you used anything in the kitchen or the heater at the same time. (There is no heating or aircon just fans and a small plug in heater) The washing machine leaked water constantly while washing. Mobile phone coverage is barely existent at times. When we arrived the internet and WiFi were not working. A technician had to come and change the router and redo the cables on the walls to get it to work. The pots and pans are terribly scratched and horrible to cook with. We had to buy disinfectant and cleaning products multiple times to make it slightly liveable. I've traveled the world and been to multiple countries and continents, and it's been one of the worst experience I've ever had. The owners seem too busy with their own lives that they don't have the time to really take care of their property and make sure things like these don't happen. Frankly, if you have a house and rent it for holiday bookings, you should, as an owner, do your best to keep an eye on the state of your property and should not expect to have the property running on autopilot. We feel like we been robbed at gunpoint and I discourage anyone to come to this awful place. Very disappointed given that it was not cheap! THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BUSINESS RENTING OUT THIS AWFUL PLACE. HAVE DECENCY AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS!

I'm not recommending this apartment at all, unless: -you like unclean, worn out places -arrogant owner -misleading description -places without air conditioning. So according to the description: - there is private parking. Hmm, true. Like 150 meters away, not dedicated, anyone from the street can go there, not locked. Statement is misleading -pool is available. Well, there is a pool you may use next to the parking. 150 meters away, used by another 300 apartments. Based on the photo we expected few (10-20-30) apartment share the pool, not 300+. Also expected pool is visible, so we may see the kids from the apartment. That's not the case. Photos are misleading -reviews told apartment is very clean. This is not true. The owner sent the cleaning lady to tidy up when we complained. That was nice of him, as we did not get charged for that. After the second cleaning the apartment was still under our expectations. This was simply cheating us! -Towels are worn out. (On that price level would expect them to be replaced more often) - No toilet paper was available. Had to buy for ourselves -Offered free shower equipment was not present. No problem if we know to take soap, but when they say there is, we did not bring any. Soap was not available for washing hands neither. -There is a mobile air conditioning unit available. It's not sufficient to cool down the room or the apartment. Funny is that for letting out the hot air, should you keep the window open. So whatever you cool down with the AC, immediately you let the hot air in. This solution is not acceptable in the 21st century :). And of course the unit is so loud, that you can't sleep while it's running. -Temperature is extremly high during summer season. If AC is not an option you may think the fan could help to cool down. Hahaha! It's simply noisy. The mobile fans noise level is something you would not tolerate. The built in fan would be a good solution, if it were installed properly.
