The view is spectacular, the beach a stones throw away, beds and bedrooms beautifully presented.

Unfortunately there was no mention of how difficult it would be for people with mobility problems. There are three steps leading up to the downstairs bedroom and lounge, all three measuring roughly 10 inches (25cm) EACH. It made our stay very problematic as well as the steep steps up to the bedrooms upstairs. Also the parking presented more problems as it all uphill to the car park which is fine for some but was definitely not good for us. Things the owner could improve upon would be to add a freezer as there were loads of cupboards, far more than necessary for holiday let. Duvets with a tog value of 13.5 are too much for summer stays.

Bathroom could do with a refresh. Beds could be bigger. No dishwasher.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location. We have stayed in many cottages in Gorran Haven as we used to live there. We would certainly come back to Cliff Cottage
