The location was amazing, the view from the room and the hotel was one of the best ones in kodai. The room was great as well with see through windows allowing you to wake up to the scenery

The hotel was understaffed albeit polite. We were underwhelmed with the service provided as we expected a bit more. A bit of assistance to bring the luggage to our room and cleaning up the room was expected but not delivered.
