L' appartamento si presenta accogliente e molto caldo, decisamente comodi gli ambienti e bellissima la vista sul castello di Saint Pierre. L host molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza anche in giornate di festa. Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia Aosta che Courmayer

Impianto elettrico decisamente datato, non si riesce ad accedere con comodità all ingresso della casa in quanto l'appartamento è facente parte di un agglomerato di case pedonali per di più in salita, pertanto per scaricare e caricare i bagagli si fa abbastanza fatica. Questo non è menzionata nell annuncio
