The house was clean and so comfortable. Great kitchen! Best of all was the pool! My twin 7 year old granddaughters were swimming any time we were at the house! Beautiful yard and patio! I would stay here again! We all enjoyed our stay!

Everything! No complaints!

Everything was perfect. The house, pool, location to everything and the bikes. If you’re looking to stay on Marco Island this house is the place to be!❤️

It was a little bit further from the beach than we expected, in 100 degrees even a 7 minute walk can be challenging. Otherwise, location was great!

Creaky, noisy master bed frame; 3 TV’s seemed to operate differently (maybe user issue); patio fan not working & owner willing to have looked at but was breezy enough in lanai so we opted to leave it be.

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are very comfortable, there is ample seating throughout, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out to do work, read, watch tv, etc. The pool is fantastic and the lanai has plenty of seating. We didn't use the grill but appreciated having the option, and the laundry facilities were very good. The Roku TV worked fine and gave us plenty of choices of channels. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work but we didn't investigate this beyond making sure it was plugged in, so it's possible we overlooked a simple fix. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, etc. and there were several useful and condiments supplied. A lot of little touches were appreciated, such as having plenty of hangers in the closets, extra beach towels and blankets, many beach toys and bikes (which we didn't use but would be great for families with younger kids), big refrigerator, and several ceiling fans). It was great to be able to use the garage for our rental car, it definitely made us feel more secure. The best part of the house for us was the location -- walking distance to LOTS of restaurants, bars, movies, miniature golf, convenience store, ice cream shops, and the beach. The beach was very crowded (we were there during our kids' spring break) due to the several big high-rises located on the beach, but I'm sure there are plenty of times when it is less hectic. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this house!

These are nitpicks - the pillows should be replaced (they are flat and seem pretty old) and some extras should be provided, brighter lamps should be beside the bed (I couldn't read after my husband went to sleep because the lamp wasn't bright enough for me to see), It would be great to have some takeout menus available but it was easy to walk to the restaurants and look at menus there.

This little house is perfect for families! Has beach toys, chairs, wagons, pool toys, etc. It is a very short walk to the beach and very close to great restaurants. It also has lots of extras like a sound machine or high chair for babies. The pool was also heated perfectly and very clean. We were very happy with our stay, the owner was excellent at communication, and we highly recommend!
